perm ban

I was playing today and was warned for spawn killing on a map. Then after the next map i was banned after doing nothing wrong. Atleast I didn't think I did anything. I really like this server and play it often without problem. Is there a way i can have my ban lifted or atleast some explination? Please and thank you.

The constant spawn killing was way out of control... you were warned.
The next map, you were called out as a hack... seemed you knew just where to set that mg and where people where about to pop out.

Ok thank you. I was just having a really good round not hacking. Is there anyway i can come back and play or am i done and have to play somewhere else?
